Flaviana Lenzo
CEO & FOUNDER
Born in 1987, Flaviana Lenzo is a Sicilian professional with over 15 years of experience in business strategy and marketing. She has built a dynamic career focused on innovation, distinguished by her ability to combine strategic vision with a creative approach.
After earning a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Messina, she completed a master’s in Marketing for SMEs at SDA Bocconi. Today, she serves as Deputy President of Plastitalia S.p.A., overseeing the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the company’s global positioning, as well as contributing to defining strategic growth directions. Since 2018, she has also been CEO of Smart Management S.r.l., a consulting firm, and in the same year, she founded Sicilian Stories, a project dedicated to cultural enhancement of Sicily through storytelling and entrepreneurial initiatives.
Vincenzo Catellana
DIRETTORE CREATIVO
Born in Milan in 1970, he is a university professor involved in architecture, design, and communication projects.
Throughout his career, he has received two Compassi d’Oro (Golden Compass) awards/honorable mentions, four INDEX nominations in the Business Research category, and, with Castellanarchitetti, the INARH SICILY 2023 award for Macchitella Lab by ENI. In 2008, he founded the ADI delegation in Sicily with Professor Vanni Pasca. He is a Professor of Strategic Design and Director of the Master in Strategic Design and Creative Direction at the Abadir Academy in Catania. He has been a contract professor at the Politecnico di Milano and teaches Interaction Design at Raffles Milano. He has also taught at the Master in Design Management at IULM.
In June 2024, he will receive an Honorable Mention at the COMPASSO D’ORO in the research for businesses category.
Osmotica was born in Sicily but expands worldwide,
carrying with it the experience of an island of encounters,
coexistence, and relationships.
